Default RE: hauling your planes to the field

Buy these http://www.harborfreight.com/cargo-h...bar-43569.html for about 10 dollars each. We have three. On goes a few inches from the bed floor. Use little bungees to strap fuselage mounted landing gear to it. The other two are a few inches below the top of the bed and are wrapped with foam pipe insulation (secured with zip ties). Small bungees or rubber bands hooked to the zip ties hold wings securely. We have a hard tonneau cover to keep the wind out. This setup makes it easy to carry two '60 size' planes and three can be carried with creative loading and strapping.
