I'm trying to help but Your being very difficult and product bashing, I'll be asking for this thread to be deleted and then You can re-post a new one, With a friendly tittle and a better attitude, And dirtysouth is correct, Redcat has some of the best customer support for being labeled as a lower-end RC manufacture compared to the high end brands, So Redcat not contacting You back quickly, Leads Me to believe You were "not so nice". And I totally get Your frustration about spending Your hard earned cash on something and it doesn't work properly, But I've been there, With My first Redcat Buggy, I didn't know what I was doing and ended up smashing it into a curb, And just like You said there was a few others with the same issues, But it was figured out, I talked to Redcat politely and got some free parts.
