I Do not quite understand your comment. why would you try to find a donor Car? The RC 10 was definitely set up for racing. It has a lot of RPM Stuff on it. A Novak Speed control. A Losi Spur gear. I plan on just cleaning the Truck up. Leave it as it is maybe find a clean original body for it and put it on display on the shelf. I may run it once in awhile but if I do. I will not run it to hard.
He meant you should get it in stock condition if you wanted to sell it so you would get more money for it.
Seeing you want to shelf it, and are happy with how it is it don't matter
