RE: Topflite p-47d gold build questions
I glued a few thin pieces of hard balsa on the outside faces of the dihedral braces like one would in say a shearweb application. used a few scrap pieces of hardwood rail material to span from W2 through the W1s and to the other W2.. I honestly think it was overkill, but at the time, seemed like a great idea.
