I am about to buy a Tamiya MFU to use with the Spectrum DX6i radio that I already own - but have read somewhere that these two units may not be cmpatible ?

Can anyone who is actually using these two units together confirm that the MFU will work OK with the DX6i Radio.

I don't see why they wouldn't work together. The mfu only replaces the ESC, so as long as you hook in up to a working radio system you should be fine. You do need to use a stick type radio for the functions to work easily, though, so maybe someone was having problems with a pistol grip spektrum.
