I let it "warm up" for like 5 minutes. I can run it at any throttle position for as long as you want, and it still is too cool in this weather. The crankcase barely gets even warm.
Take a sock( like the kind you wear on your foot) and cut the top part off that is kinda the stretchy part & place it around the cylinder in very cold weather. It will be better for the engine to run warmer ...just make sure it does not get too hot. Running a engine too cool is not good at all. Capt,n
