Unfortunately many people aren't aware that land
can be used in a manner that virtually absolves the land owner from liability concerns for that use if for recreational purposes.
In Texas, R/C model flying is specifically named. Sometimes scare tactics of liability concerns are (all to often IMO)_ used to sell AMA and or its charters... even by those that should know better...Oh well...
