I know this will sound incorrect , but i have a matched cell , zapped pack that goes up to almost 12 volts when just charged. Like I said that sounds like a bad pack but it is not. The thing runs outstandingly. One of the best packs I have and with it being only a 3600, it lasts as long or maybe longer than some of my cheaper 5000's or 5300's.
