Yeah, I'm sure the Air Force will have them any day now. It's not that the United States is falling behind at this moment, it's the fact that China is catching up at an incredibly fast rate and most Americans (as seen in this thread) don't have a clue of how fast China is catching up. They are not just catching up Militarily, but economically as well. The stronger they get politically, economically and Militarily the more influence they will have throughout the world and the weaker we will become.
As China rapidly catch up, our society is being pulled apart by political parties who think each other are the enemies and the American voters who fall for their BS and keep electing them.
As China rapidly catches up, we elect weak ineffective politicians who are toyed with by the stronger, wiser and craftier Chinese officials.
As China rapidly catches up, we have a High School drop out rate of about 26%
As China rapidly catches up, we allow students from other countries to attend our Colleges and then after they graduate we kick them out and in the meantime allow millions of uneducated poor people to illegally cross our southern border and then give them welfare, food stamps and free medical.
As China rapidly catches up, we sit here and complain that they stole our technology, but in reality we gave most of it to them because of our weak government and corporate policies that sent our developement work and production to them.

As China rapidly catches up, we become more of a socialist country (socialism has failed everywhere) and they become more of a capitalist society (Capitalism is what made us a strong world leader)
As China rapidly catches up, we keep putting a strangle hold on our large and small businesses with high taxes and costly regulations that make it next to impossilble to compete on the world stage.
As China rapidly catches up, we keep sending all our money to China and to the OPEC countries, all of who do not think of us as a friend, but as an enemy they would like to destroy.

So would any of you please explain to me how we are going to stop China from surpassing us economically and militarily in the next 10-20 years if things don't change NOW in this country.
