Good plan on the prop shaft extensions, But i do think a Saito91 is 7mm. Fox does make three different prop reamers including one that goes from 10mm to 12mm which is probably what you need to counterbore with. I never did like the stepped down drill bits have always been paranoid about it catching in the prop and sending it spinning into my hand.
