Don't see why not. You will have to make your own connector and I can't see any provision for balancing. Perhaps it is a single cell. Charge rate would be 1.3 amps max (I would use 1.0).

If it is a single cell why would it have 4 terminals?
The battery have 4 terminals, 2 of them marked as (+) and (-) they will be connected to the accucel power terminal,
The remaining 2 terminal connectors are probably for balancing?
Any idea how to connect them to the accucel balancing port?
