Default RE: Rusty DRIFTING?

Icedude1989 You got it the wrong way around. If you ever go to a drift event you will see that Every drift car is rwd. The most popular drift cars are ; nissan 240sx, nissan s15 silvia, 350z, skyline R32 and R34 (both skylines come stock with awd and for drifting are converted to rwd), mustang, mazda rx-7 rx-8. If you google these cars you will find out that they are RWD. I own a 240sx and drift it every other weekend in the summer so I know my stuff.

Thanks BlueShande Zero for posting my Rwd drifting vid. For those interested I will be finishing another vid with many angles. Oh and the car has a sweet R32 body on it now!

XeroedOut Your rustler will be a bit harder to drift then a touring car because the motor is mounted on the rear of the truck. For Rwd drifting you want as much weight on the front of your car as possible. My drifter has all the electronic mounted as far up to the front as possible plus a 310gr weight on the bumper! What you should try is mounting at least 300gr on the front bumper. You will need to stiffen up your front springs. Also max out your steering angle as much as possible!

Let us know how it goes!
