I also use the sand bags that airbusdrvr , Les and the others mention. I use freezer bags since they are heavier and double them. I've never had a leak problem. I just noticed one with a tear in the outer bag last night, so I'll rebag it.

For flat parts, like tail sheeting or edge joining sheets, I use a large board and a few discs from the weight bench.
