Inspired by your steering mod,this is what I came up with. The servo mount is a aftermarket Clod item bolted to the bulkhead that's in the tub.I'll have to reinforce it though as it flexes under load at the moment. I've also made the steering quicker.Just make sure you have a strong enough servo. The shock mount didn't have to be cut at all,just the small bulkhead behind to allow the bolt clearance.
