I'd give up searching for the Mfg. Just focus on repairs. probably log out of business anyway
Every ARF company uses Monokote or Orocover ultracote) No telling that wasn't a kit either. Monokote after it's been on for a few years, or if it's been put on with High heat leaves the residue when you peal it off,, Just sand off the glue/color residue and you're good.. If you're going over it with the same color or a dark color you hardly need to remove it.
