Hi Dave, if you want exactly what you have in your pictures from that shop, then you need Bestell-Nr.: 600739 and Bestell-Nr.: 600735.
The first one is the female plug wich is selfsealing (or internal shut-off, I have really no idea how to translate it correctly).
The second one is the male plug wich is not selfsealing.
For my Flash I use both selfsealing types.

Keep in mind that using these types of fittings can cause some restriction in your fuelsystem, it all depends how hungry your turbine is.
My setup runs absolutely troublefree, no sign of collapsing UAT's or anything. I use a JetCentral Cheetah for my Flash.
