JR MatchBox setup problem

I am setting up a MatchBox and I find that the MatchBox seems to limit the servo travel a bit at the extreme end of servo travel (when the stick is moved full left for instance) even if the Matchbox is programmed to give full movement. It almost seems that when programming servo #2 and the MatchBox switch is set to program #2, the travel is less than when the Matchbox is set to 0 (no programming), then the travel is a bit more on the servo.

I am using it with the transmitter travel set to 150% (JR 10X) has anyone run into this?
