RE: Turbine Gliders
Hi Guys,
My Paritech DG 303 5m is almost ready.
I have one question on the bayonet type retaining pin.
How is it supposed to release, is it just supposed to release on pulling or is there another technique
Also what do you guys do to prevent the wingtips from getting scuffed when flying from tarmac ?
I seen some gliders like the Fox have tiny wheels on the tips , this doesnt seem to be a possibility with the DG 303 because the tip are very thin and also turned upwards
