RE: Greyhound shipped plane, LOST! , HELP!
Finally! Someone from Greyhound actually cared enough to contect me. It was Sonya that I emmailed yesterday and today. She is fast becoming my Greyhound Hero! Heres her response:
Thank you in being so diligent in letting me know your concerns. I have forwarded the information over to my supervisor on yesterday and he has a claims representative working on it. I will contact him and see if there is any additional information that I can obtain and I will be sure to pass it along to you.

And my immediate response back to her:
Thank you so much Sonya, you have done more to give Greyhound a good name than all the many people I have contacted and tried to contact thus far to resolve this. Please have someone give me a case number or something I can sent to Paypal so they can see that action is being taken to find and hopefully deliver this package. It seems this case has sat dormant for a month due to Greyhound. Please expedite this.
