Upon further research, that is definitely a Jammin' X1-CR Pro. Not a bad buggy...

I've also heard of that engine brand, but they've fallen off the radar as of lately. I can't even find any info on Google.
I think your on the money, i googled the jammin and looked at some pics online and it looks exactly like it!!!
