It is surely showing the link (or internal circuitry) is not correct in some way. It "can" indicate low voltage during the flight but after the receiver has been turned off and the transmitter turned off as well it should go back solid when everything is turned back on. The blinking is definitely not right. Sorry to see this mishap. Sucks big time.
