No communication-beware EASYTIGER
Posting in an attempt to help a freind.
My flying buddy purchased a 90mm T-33 on May 5.
4-5 week delivery promised.
Contact after initial waiting period stated another 10 day wait.
No package after 10 additional day wait
Several emails sent but unanswered over the next few weeks.
BUT!!!! When asked for a refund on JULY 18. received email from EASYTIGER stating they could not refund because plane had been shipped, and also stated they were trying to to locate tracking number.
My friend asked for tracking number, no further contact from EASYTIGER since email received on July 18.
This is no way to do business. My friend asked me three weeks ago to put this on the net, I hesitated because being in this hobby for so long I know that stuff happens. But this has gone on long enough and warrants a WARNING to those doing business with EASYTIGER.
EASYTIGER needs to make this right.
