The blocks with the three holes are for the" L " part of the gear at the top end. There's a "H" shaped block for the opening on the bottom of the motor mount. Only the H one gets glued, just run bolts through the 3 holes.

Oops I forgot about the new mount. Yes glue all together, except the routed L blocks. Make sure all holes line up.
