RE: sanding sealer before covering
Hi!
Ofcourse you can paint the eintire wooden surface before yu cover it with plastic film, but if you do you must roughen the surface down otherwise the shiny dope/paint surface will hinder the plastic film to grab.
So why add something that isn't necessary!?
