Yes, I suppose that is the way of bureaucracy's all over the world. Its interesting here in the US that when the narrow spacing was applied to 72 and 75 Mhz that the 27Mhz band was left alone and fortunately does not apply there. Even though it is a Ground/ air shared band and only six channels we can still legally operate vintage stuff. I still run some old Tone/escapement equipment in a pair of vintage RC ships for fun and keep a hand in at rudder only flight.
If you would post agine at the vintage forum here at this board I would bet three burned out glow plugs aginst a stale glazed donut that you will find your Kraft module. A lot of that stuff is still floating around.
