Electric motor conversion on a budget?

I have a VQ p40 60 size that I want to convert to electric, it flys very nicely on a 75 ax with a 13x6 prop and with a total weight of 9lbs.

Keeping in mind that I want to try to get the motor, esc and battery for about the same price as the 75ax (229.00). $300.00 would be limit on setup. What do you suggest?

I have been to a lot of sites and have developed tired head and could use some help. LOL
