One thing to keep in mind, you will want your pen drawn lines to dry a few days before clearing..also Don't put on your clear real wet, it can cause the pen ink to run some, and besides a drier rough coat of clear adds a texture that looks right anyhow...
Here are a few pics of a kitbashed 4star 60 wing, its fabric covered and then I painted , and panel lined it..The landing gear was installed in the wing, and the outer panels changed a little, but other than that its a dressed up 4star wing.
