RE: The holy grail: Tamiya Porsche 959 4WD restoration thread
Hello, I'm new to this forum. I've had several Tamiya R/C cars during my youth and early adulthood built them up, ran them, and rebuilt them. I've recently picked up a pretty well used but complete 959 which Iam slowly restoring. If there are any one else on this forum doing the same, perhaps we can share resources and parts. I have taken the chassis apart and am cleaningeverything includingpolishing the brass ball joints. I'm alsolooking for a clean original body if any one here has one that they can part with, please send me a PM. I'll post some photographs once I figure out this forum's system.
