Default RE: Batman's Tumbler

ORIGINAL: brchri

Hello,

I'd like some advice on how to turn a diecastmodel into a working RC car.

I've been a lifelong Batman fan, and now that my wife and I arenearing the birth of our firstborn, I've decided to put together anice RC version of the Tumbler. While there are RC models of theunique batmobile, none are very well reviewed. Instead of throwingaway money on a cheap toy, I'd like to invest in a quality diecastmodel, and mate it with a chassis and motor that can carry the weight.I'm not an avid RC hobbyist, but I'm determined to finish this project.

Here is a link to the model Tumbler I'm thinking of buying. Ifanybody has any ideas or advice for me, please post. I would verymuch appreciate the help!

Honestly, until you're "an avid RC hobbyist" it seems that taking on any such project will have you in way over your head.
You've got to understand, and be familiar with, at least the basics before you'd posess the basic abilities of taking on any such project.
