Absolutly.
There is a thin ply plate painted black as a cockpit floor mostly for looks. It might give some strength to the open area, but if you build a cockpit, add some stringers in the side of te fuselage to regain the strength.
Just remove it, and you can make a full cockpit. The elevator servos are in the tail fins, and the rudder servo is just behind the cockpit, so they will not be in the way.
The tail section feelss quite heavy.......but the thing is huge
, and I think thte plane will need quite alot of ballast in the nose.
Short nose, long tail, you will need a V-12 motor to balance it correctly
