I do think that the RK-709 and the TD .09 will be great together. Kress also knew what he was doing with his fan designs, but the assembly and quality was quite as high as it could have been in my opinion.
Those P-Zero do turn 35kRPM and faster, but this is what I was getting at. How much torque does it make and what does the curve look like? I have a few of these Picco's, but haven't done anything yet. A few guys that ran them did get reasonable power, but cranks broke.
