Well, saving up for the engien and exhaust nad servos, I decided to get the canopy and cockpit started.
The Mick reeves canopy does not fit very well.
Clearly this funscale fuselage does not follow the lines cmpletly of the original
I had to tweak the canopy here and there to make it fit, and I had to replace the rear fixed window completly, as the Reeves one will not fit this slightly wider fuselage.
Since I will be bolting on the tail section at the field, I need to make a 2 piece cockpit, so I can remove the bottom of the cockpit to gain acces to the fuselae bolts.
Im just going to build up a funscale cockpit, just to fill out all of that space....nothing fancy. From a distance it will look allright
