It's been a while but I think I tacked each rib at the leading edge with the trailing edge hanging a little over the edge of the table, then carefully pulled the skin down and tacked it to the rear of the ribs. After setting, I removed it from the table and finished gluing the ribs to the skin with CA. Working carefully, it can be done without warping it. Good luck.
