JR, Related to your request for the airplane setup Joseph and I use, you can start with these phoenix settings and adjust from there.

From today, here is what I remember (unless Joseph put some secret adjustments):

Move CG back from Inegral stock setup to mid way between elevator and wing.

Increase aileron throw and decrease elevator throw to give the roll and pitch you are used to . I also added about 20 percent expo on both elevator and ailerons.

Decrease weight which will both slow the plane down and slow the snaps down and the spins.

Decrease rudder throw to feel about right. Note that the less rudder, the more difficult the stall turn.
