in the add number you posted there was a question at the bottom where someone asked if it had the sat rec and the seller replied back as no.
if i was selling one with out the receiver i would assume everyone knew it would work woth out it.
remember buyer beware. ask questions and if doesnt seem right to ya then it isnt.
