I am wondering if all works. Please give me the engine number so we can also see was't happing with this engine/ECU.

Perhaps fully unnecessary but please keep in mind the failsave comments in the manual. Previous ECU software could only handle one channel operation if input seq. was from emer. stop - auto stop - running - throttle 0% - throttle 100% which match with a pulse length of 1ms to 2ms. If it's in the opposite direction a toggling beep (high and low pitch) could be heart after programming the ECU.
