Twister XTG PRO ESC...HELP ME!!!

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased XTG Twister PRO 1/10 Scale 2-Wheel Drive Stadium Truck. I think it is a good product.
To use the best of his ability I wanted to know if there is a manual to properly configure the controller and also the tensions of use (Lipo 2 or 3 s).
