According to my experience it does not... The only thing to remeber, thou, is that during the beak-in period you're supposed to run "RICH", which does not mean only SLOW (using the throttle), it means that you must have a lot of extra fuel (oil, in perticular) in your air/fuel mixture. So use the engine with throttle fully open and 1-2 turns extra in the main needle. Sometimes you might even need the glow driver still on... The objective is to use the extra fuel and extra oil to cooperate in removing the extra heat of the friction of the parts in a brand new engine. 15% nitro instead of 10% will just cause a little more heat, so a "RICH" setting is a must.
