So, how did you make them out of car tire valves??? Thanks for the info.
I picked up some used tubless tyre valves at a tyre store for nix, used a wire buff to remove the rubber, then machined up a piece of brass to make a nipple and soldered it in the valve body, then fitted a new valve. If it starts to leak just replace the valve. With some valve bodies, you could make the tube nipple out of short pieces of brass tube.
