I've never found anyone in the states that can do a decend job. Lots of stickers, but no real decals. Someone makes some transfers, but they cost a fortune by the time you pay for artwork, layout, etc.
I use Ralle at Taylormade decals in Germany. Great service, does custom jobs at reasonable prices.
