East Coast Pattern Championships
September is on its way and along with September comes the East Coast Pattern Championships. This is a District Two contest with all other districts invited to attend. This year the contest will be held Sept 15th and 16th at the Fredricksburg Area RC Club, located in Thornburg, Va. just off I-95 in the Northern Va. area. This is the same location the event was held at last year. For anyone that did not attend last year please refer to the Fredericksburg Area RC CLub website for location, directions to the field, lodging and dining. (All of which are very close by) This is a great field with two separate runways back to back so sun is not a problem. Lunch will be served by the supporting club. Plenty of parking, shade and electrical outlets. Prizes through third place, pilots meeting at 9:00 AM and entry fee of $30.00. Sponsored by NVRC and F3A Unlimited.
