You can use this online calc program to test motor battery and prop combo's You did not say if you have a battery or not. So I picked a 4s 4000mah.

Using a 4s 4000mah lipo, Eflite .25, 12X5 prop you would be right at the limit of the ESC. Says you will pull 42 amp at 88 ounces, -5.5 pounds of thrust. Would be better to get a 60 amp ESC

Using an 11X7 APC E prop brings thrust up to 96 ounces or 6 pounds of thrust at 42 amps
