I would go hold both of them and buy the one that feels better in your hands. What do your friends fly? It might be helpful to have someone who is familiar with your new radio in case you need some help. Be aware you can't use analog servos with the the 10 channel airtronics receiver. The Futaba FASST is the best protocal out there.
