If you're asking about how to orient the connector pin in the pliers then just look at the die , it should be very clear and only goes in one way.
If you're asking about which way to orient the connector into the plastic housing then the split goes toward the wide part of the housing.
If you are using any regular type crimp pliers then put it in same place as any other regular type crimp connector.
