Hello Bruce, yes I wasn't made flower flaps.
Models I made are not for some extreme scale competition and I want to have safe model for every day flying. Flower flaps are much complicated than this kind of flaps mechanism and I'm afraid potential spots for trouble.
This year I have opportunity to talk with Nick Ziroli and he told me that he never made flower flaps on his P 38.

I like to work on painting and scale details, so at that part of building I'll devote a lot of time...
