IMO its the supercharger that tells me it is a scam. Just doesn't work with a two stroke engine.
There's definately a supercharger on that thing, and I have seen superchargers sold for 2-stroke model engines. In this case it would be needed to bring pressure up to normal ground levels. And there is too much expensive engineering in it to be a scam.
