If you don't mind the brief downtime for swapping packs during a run then I say get the Reedy's. You'll have a combined 7400mAh vs. 5000. Plus, the 3700s are lighter so the truck will handle differently and run ever so slightly faster.
As long as the 3700 35C can handle the 1350 watt motor and 150a esc then it should be fine. I have 4 5400mah 2s 50C Zippy packs which I use in parallel to may a 4s pack. They get warm after 20 minute or more of hard driving.
