rstekeur, Yes, I have had the Moki in the the Waco for 4 years. FAI fuel is as you describe, oil and Methanol only with no Nitro. You do need to use a "hot" plug, I use an OS "F".
I mix the fuel myself but you can buy it from fuel suppliers. In my case the oil is Klotz and, unfortunately it isn't cheap, but I have used it for many years including racing Karts with good results. I am sure there are other oils but I just stick with what works.
I have Moki's in many planes but be advised, they are thirsty little fellows and do leave quite a bit of oil on the belly of the plane.
