Progress report:

All ribs are in, front spars with I beam shear web is in place and also the rear spars are glued.

You can see 2 rib bays where spar material has filled the space between the upper and lower spars. Even though this is a Fun Scale type of model, if a modeler wants to add scale landing and flying wires, they would be fixed at these locations. Anytime I drill through a spar for any kind of a filtting, I always put ply shear web material on the front and back of the spars. These ply shear webs replace the strength lost by drilling into or through the spars.
