Default RE: MK Aurora 60 Clone

Paul, this one was not built by me. I got this here on RCU about 6 months ago. The stab was broken right at the fillet and broke all the way thru but still hanging on. I was able to glue is back and ckeck the alignment and straigth as an arrow. The problem I'm having is for the life of me, I can't figure out what the two holes are on the side. The are two black patch hex srews to each side of the holes that screws into a 1/4 plywood block inside the fuse. The holes are two small for fuel dots, I've tried and the fuel dots are to large. If anyone can possibly figure out what these holes are for, please email me or else I'll just have to cover them up. BTW, this plane was built extremely well with a lot of thought. My compliments to the person who built this plane.
